This is a great little device for a plethora of geeky projects

Considering it's size, it could easily be used for small handheld devices, or for use inside something with limited space.  It's not suggested for beginners, as you'll need to do some work to get it even connected to a computer for programming, but if you have experience with Arduino already then you'll probably do fine.  It's intended for advanced users who need the smaller size and lower cost.  There are lots of project ideas for the Arduino that just feel bulky and cumbersome or expensive, but now there's an alternative!
